Who we are

What this website collects

Nothing on its own. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. Fonts and images come from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to anyone else. Our web server does not keep visitor logs.

When you contact us

The contact form does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email program with your answers filled in. We only receive what you choose to send us by email - usually your name, company, website, email address and a few facts about your shop.

We use it only to answer you and to prepare our call. We keep it for as long as we are in contact, and longer only where the law requires it (for example invoices). We do not sell it or pass it on, except to partners who help us deliver the service, if we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask us what we keep about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it - just write to hello@balkanopener.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
